Lindsay Oswald

Lindsay Oswald – Lindsay Oswald serves as SSP’s Director of Quality.  Lindsay is responsible for ensuring compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards such as AS9100.  She drives cross-functional collaboration to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle and leads a team of quality professionals in delivering measurable improvements

Lindsay spent the first 10 years of her career with GE Aerospace, where she learned multiple aspects of the supply chain.  She joined SSP in 2025 and brings 15 years of aerospace industry experience in high precision machining.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.  

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys being involved with her kids’ sports activities and growing her family's homestead.
